【明報專訊】The voluntary class-reduction scheme (「自願優化班級結構」計劃)
To cope with predicted decreases in student population in the next six years, the government has come up with a voluntary class-reduction scheme. Under the scheme, schools may provide better services by optimizing their class numbers. The scheme is aimed at saving as many schools from closure as possible.
