法官踩三星平板難比iPad

【明報專訊】英國法官伯斯昨就蘋果與三星有關平板電腦的侵權訴訟，判三星勝訴，但判辭卻踩三星的Galaxy平板電腦，並未「酷」到能讓人將它與iPad設計混淆。他說﹕「它們沒有蘋果設計般所具備的樸實低調和極度簡約。它們沒有那麼酷。」（They do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design. They are not as cool.）
