挪威前首相邦德維克（Kjell Magne Bondevik）本周原擬來華，參加普世基督教會協會的大會，惟中國政府拒絕向他發出簽證。他表示迄今未收到拒發簽證的合理解釋，懷疑與2010年挪威諾獎評審委員會頒獎予劉曉波有關。邦氏1997至2005年間出任首相。
